Private beginner cello lessons taught from Capri Village, Fish Hoek, Cape Town 

Evangeline’s love for the cello and for classical music began at a young age and has led her to study the cello with a member of the Cape Town Philharmonic Orchestra, Matthias Remley-Ender.  She wishes to take her studying further at university in a few years’ time.

Evi began cello lessons at 9 years old and quickly found that she had an affinity for the instrument.

She is a member of the Cape Philharmonic Youth Orchestra. Her performances with them include the Suid Ooster Fees, the Franschhoek Chamber Music Festival as well as a Side-By-Side with the Cape Philharmonic Orchestra and as prinicipal cello for the Youth Orchestra’s Gala concert.

Evi is also available to play at events, weddings and funerals.

Evi is a very capable teacher and if you are looking to start the cello, either as an adult or a child, Evi would be the perfect teacher for you.

She charges R220 for a 45 minute lesson.
